Profile
Kabelo founded SCAEL to make complex energy, mining and infrastructure systems easier to see, understand and engage with — starting with physical models and human learning, and scaling into digital scenario tools.
He brings close to a decade of research, strategy and business development across energy, infrastructure, mining, financial services, technology and professional services in African markets. His work has centred on making sense of complex markets, identifying where opportunities are emerging, and giving senior teams clear evidence on which to act.
That commercial lens is paired with technical grounding in N4 Electrical Engineering Studies and doctoral research on South Africa's Just Energy Transition — the combination that shapes how SCAEL models projects and explains them to communities, boards and regulators.
